Thanks for your comment on my blog! I just read your 'story' and OMG! Kudos to you for turning a scary situation into a creative hobby! xxx
I definitely felt the same about 'growing your own' but it was strawberries that changed my mind too - it's so satisfying to think that YOU did it, even if there's only enough for one person each year (I could eat strawberries all day long, particularly if they're as nice as mine were).
The strawberries look really delicious. Nothing like having your own homegrown stuff!
I love the pictures! Home grown strawberries are delicious!http://californianstateofmind.blogspot.com
Lovely! I have had lots of strawberries this year. It tastes so much better knowing that you've grown them yourself. x
Thanks for your lovely words on my last post!Strawberries are some of my favourite summer furits!Have a great day,-Kati
Your strawberries are huge compared to the ones we grow! They look delicious thoughxx
congratulations on your successful strawberries!I've always imagined it must be really satisfying to eat food you've grown yourself xo

Mmmm, these look delicous! i so want to grow my own strawberries!
Chloe, these little berries are summer perfection! One day I hope to grow strawberries but my black thumg isn't leaving with much hope :) I'm growing potatoes and basil right now and holding my breath to see if they turn out okay (the potatoes at least--the basil is growing like bonkers).
you guys look like you've done a great job, well done. I've tried but always failed, I must try harder.
holy cow. freshness at its best. i'm super jealous.
Chloee, I know what you mean about all that waiting and all that work for only a few handfuls of herbs or one big zucchini. But, you are so right about home grown strawberries - they're like a whole different fruit compared to what you find at the store!! it's a good reason to keep growing :)
Thankyou :)I tend to always comment back here, so pop back for a replay =DLove & Kisses
