Christmas Scones


So unbelievably tasty christmas scones
 
225g of self raising flour
55g unsalted butter
25g caster sugar
150ml of milk
1tbsp of all spice
 
Rub together the flour & butter
Add the sugar, spice and milk
Mix to a soft dough
Roll out to a thickness of your choice and stamp out your scones
Put on a greased tray and bake at 220 for 12-15min
Depending on size.
 
Slap on the jam and cream and enjoy
